Sam & Liliane Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness on the rights and well-being of children with disabilities in Uganda using a network of parents/ caretakers support groups, community based rehabilitation programs and stakeholders with a goal of reaching out to over 1 million disabled children by 2040.

Sam & Liliane foundation was established in 2019 by the founders Mr. Magoola Erisama and Ms. Kamukama Bonita, driven by a passion to address the educational and social needs of children with disabilities in Uganda.

As an organization, we are committed to learning, growing and adopting to meet the evolving needs of our beneficiaries. Programs and Services, Inclusive education and Programs; Provide training, resources, and support schools to promote inclusive education practices. Community outreach; Conduct community outreach and sensitization programs to promote awareness and acceptance of children with disabilities.

We support children with disabilities in order to transform their lives by providing better education and skills, better health and nutrition, better environment and better secured life. We do this as way of witnessing God’s love because God is love.

In this we are stopping Neglect, Segregation and discrimination to children with disabilities and promote equality.

We are here to restore hope, missing love, and care to children with disabilities. We look forward, every child living with disability experience good life, full care, love, support and be given opportunities like other children in societies where they live and grow responsibly as good citizen of good nation.

We believe that in freedom of worship and expression in this, we commit our hearts and resources for the happiness and wellbeing of children with disabilities. We believe that in the world, every child should have good life.
